Our story is rooted in family, tradition, and a passion for incredible food—values we carried from our previous venture, Miss Saigon. The journey began with the Nguyen family, who overcame unimaginable challenges to reach the U.S. in 1975 after a dramatic escape from Saigon. With resilience and determination, they worked hard to build a new life. In 1997, Mrs. Thi and her daughter, Mimi, opened the doors of Miss Saigon in Coral Gables, where they quickly earned a reputation for serving authentic, homemade Vietnamese dishes. The Nguyen family’s commitment to excellence and their deep sense of community were key to the restaurant’s success, eventually leading to the opening of additional locations across South Florida. Today, we proudly continue this legacy by offering delicious, family-inspired meals that honor both tradition and innovation.
